Radical Transparency
At YOSADO, we believe trust is earned through openness. Every franc raised, every project funded, every outcome — visible to everyone.
Our Transparency Commitment
These are not aspirations — they are constitutional mandates written into YOSADO's governance framework.
Every Transaction Tracked
All income and expenditure — from member contributions to donor funds — is recorded in our database. Every transaction is linked to a specific purpose and verified by the Treasurer.
Phased Disbursements
We never give a lump sum. Project funds are released in phases, each tied to verified milestones. Beneficiaries must submit progress reports before the next tranche is released.
Legal Contracts
Every funded beneficiary signs a legal contract specifying deliverables, timelines, reporting requirements, and consequences of non-compliance. This is partnership, not charity.
Public Financial Reports
Annual financial statements are presented to the General Assembly and published publicly. Donors can see exactly how their funds were allocated and what impact was achieved.
Independent Oversight
YOSADO's Finance Secretary and Treasurer are separate roles with distinct responsibilities, creating natural checks and balances for all financial operations.
QR-Verified Certificates
Every certificate, membership card, and official document issued by YOSADO includes a QR code that can be scanned to verify its authenticity in real-time.
How Every Franc is Tracked
YOSADO employs a multi-layered approach to financial tracking that ensures no franc goes unaccounted for — from the moment a donation enters our system to the impact it creates.
Contribution Logging
Every donation or member contribution is logged instantly with timestamp, amount, source, and designated purpose.
Fund Allocation
Funds are allocated to specific projects or operational needs per approved budgets. No unallocated reserves.
Disbursement Approval
Each disbursement requires dual approval from the Treasurer and the responsible program officer.
Milestone Verification
Subsequent tranches are only released after beneficiary progress reports are verified by the programs team.
Impact Reporting
Final outcomes are documented, photographed, and published on the platform for donors and the public to see.

Get NotifiedOur 5-Criteria Assessment Process
Every project application goes through a structured evaluation by our assessment panel. No shortcuts. No favoritism. Just merit.
Feasibility
Is the project technically and financially viable? Can it be executed within the proposed timeline and budget?
Impact Potential
How many people will benefit? What measurable change will this project create in the community?
Sustainability
Will the project continue to create value after YOSADO's funding ends? Is there a path to self-sufficiency?
Innovation
Does the project bring a new approach to solving a community challenge? Is there a creative element?
Alignment
Does the project align with YOSADO's 7 program pillars and the Sustainable Development Goals?
Each criterion is scored on a scale of 1–10 by the assessment panel. Projects scoring above the threshold receive funding recommendations.
