A Vision Born in Bamenda
YOSADO (Youth Skill and Development Organization) was founded in 2025 in Mankon, Bamenda II, Mezam Division, Northwest Region of Cameroon by President Vanicia Nkatmbi Fopenanu and four passionate co-founders who believed in the power of young people to transform their communities.
What started as a shared dream among friends quickly became a legally registered NGO with a clear mandate: identify talented young Cameroonians with viable business ideas, fund them through phased micro-grants, and hold them accountable through rigorous monitoring — all powered by internal member contributions.
In our inaugural year, we raised 4,631,000 XAF from internal contributions alone, funded the I-NNOVA tech innovation hub with 600,000 XAF, and sponsored 4 palm weevil farming (fossiculture) entrepreneurs in Douala — proving that community-driven development works.

Our Mission
To foster economic, social, and human development by empowering communities through sustainable programs, capacity building, advocacy, and resource mobilization for a better future.
